Learning to Paddleboard
When you want to learn to paddleboard, partnering with a SUP certified coach is always a winning formula. Whether you are just starting to embark on your first SUP launch, to perfecting your paddle stroke, or fitness and yoga, rest assured all of our instructors are certified through World Paddle Association (WPA), American Canoe Association (ACA) and PaddleFit with disciplines in performance, fitness, nutrition, yoga, Pilates, water-safety and more.

Group or Private Instruction
Private paddleboarding lessons are scheduled with SUP certified instructors. Each lesson can be a private one-on-one session or semi-private groups of two to five participants. Each lesson is modified based on the skill level of the group. Advance skills, endurance training and drills are available. Key components of each class are safety, efficiency, power and fun! SUP Yoga and Fitness Classes
SUP yoga and SUP fitness are a fantastic way to take your practice to a new level. Classes are designed for all skill levels. Whether you have experience on a paddleboard or on a yoga mat, or both, or none of the above, our instructors work with each participant to make modifications to keep it challenging and fun! SUPosium Paddle Workshops
SUPosiums are designed to offer a variety of workshops to paddleboarders at one event. Typically, the schedule will include 4 back-to-back workshops that range from basic safety and fundamentals, to more advanced skill techniques, to SUP fitness and closing with SUP yoga. Sign up for one, two or all four workshops for an awesome time out on the water. Bring your own board or let us know if you need us to bring out a rental. We meet on the water’s edge to create a hassle-free fun time!More Information
