We can ship to virtually any address in the United States.** Fixed shipping rates and Free shipping, when applicable, is only available in the continental US, and extra charges may apply to Alaska and Hawaii. ** No international shipping is available. All products Riverbound Sports ships are insured. For any items received damaged, please see the “Damaged Return Policy” section for instructions.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please note that many of our products incur dimensional or oversize shipping charges, which may result in additional costs. In line with our carriers’ policies, all package weights are rounded up to the next full pound or inch for shipping calculations.
- Flat Rate Hard Paddle Board LTL Freight Shipping Cost is $199.00 to the continental US unless marked as “Free Shipping”. Some items may carry additional charges or require pickup at the nearest terminal.
- Inflatable Paddleboards and Kayaks ship free to the continental US
- Used or Demo Boards do not include free shipping. Shipping cost will be priced upon request.
- Hard Kayaks: We ship kayaks to the Southwest with damage-free shipping. To ensure a safe delivery, a $100 shipping prep fee is included on all shipments. Most shipping costs are set by the brand and are required to meet the MAP pricing policy.
- Accessories and Apparel ship free over $75.00 unless otherwise marked in the product detail.

Delivery times for LTL shipping are not included, and delivery times may vary and are controlled by the independent trucking or freight carriers.

Returns Policy
Riverboundsports.com would like you to be fully satisfied with your purchase and offers a 180-day Money Back Return Policy.
All returns must be in new, unused, and resalable condition with the original product packaging.
For return assistance, please email [email protected] or call 480-463-6686. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid; no C.O.D. deliveries will be accepted. We’ll notify you by email once your return has been received and processed. Eligible items will be refunded in full, minus any shipping charges.
No returns on special orders or clearance items.
Damaged Returns Policy
When receiving shipped goods, please check all items and notify us of any damage immediately. Take photos of the packaging and the product shipped.
- Epoxy / Carbon Paddleboard – You will receive an email with full receiving instructions once your board has shipped. Be sure to fully inspect the box and contents before letting the driver leave. Take pictures and note on the BOL any damage to the box. If the contents are damaged, you may refuse the shipment. Please notify us with information right away at (480) 463-6686.
- Inflatable Paddleboards and Kayaks – Shipped UPS. Take pictures and note any damage to the box. If the contents are damaged, you may refuse the shipment. Please notify us with information right away at (480) 463-6686.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within five business days of receipt of your return.

Paddle boards are sensitive to direct sun and excessive heat while not in use. Do not leave any paddleboard in a car or paddleboard bag for an extended time in the heat. Any warranties will not be accepted for any item that shows damage due to excessive heat, repairs, abuse, or damage not due to the manufacturing or material quality of your product.

When you pay a deposit you are paying a percentage of the price of a product or service. Paying a deposit shows that you intend to buy the item and it means you are entering into a contract with the business. When you pay a deposit, you and the business agree:
All deposits are non-refundable unless prior terms have been agreed upon in writing by Riverbound Sports. A deposit for goods is considered a contract. The obligation of the contract works to provide the consumers as well as Riverbound Sports.
