I could not be happier with my experience of buying an inflatable SUP from Riverbound Sports! The woman I dealt with, Teri, was informative, helpful, attentive and very personable. My order was complicated by the fact that I needed it delivered to a UPS Store in Brooklyn, as the friend it was supposed to be delivered to could not guarantee she would be home for the delivery, and it needed a signature. Teri made the arrangement for the delivery to be made at the UPS nearest my friend’s home, and kept my friend in the loop about the delivery. Teri also made sure that I got my $10 discount, as it was my first order with Riverbound Sports, and I had a bit of trouble figuring it out for myself (I’m old and a techno incompetent). Last but not least, I got to avoid dealing with Amazon and further enriching Jeff Bezos, by buying from Riverbound, as they offered me the exact same price for my Bote Wolf Aero 10’4″ board ($499), along with their delightful personalized service.
