Sizing
The Pala Paddle is available in 9 lengths, listed below. If you aren’t sure what size is best for you, we’d recommend trying a few out to see what feels comfortable. As a general rule of thumb, when standing flat-footed with the paddle set on the ground, the t-top should come about to your sternum. For OC6 some prefer a slightly longer paddle, some of this can depend on the stroke that your club teaches. If choosing a paddle for OC1, try 1 and 2 inches shorter than what you typically use for OC6 to see if this is more comfortable. The “right” option for you can come down to personal preference.
