Our new no-twist adjustment system is designed to be simple, light and strong delivers a wide 50cm (19.5″) of adjustment from 160-210cm (63″-82.5″) and hence suitable for paddlers from 4ft 8″ to 6ft 2″ (142-188cm). By using a flat section on the inside of the shaft we are able to keep weight down, maintain strength and control stiffness more accurately than with heavier grooved systems.
The LAVA all-round SUP paddle is for padders who need a paddle for all occasions. This versatile, lightweight and strong full carbon SUP paddle shares much of the same DNA as our race & surfing lines, the result is a high-performance paddle for recreational stand up paddlers, surfing one day, cruising the next & racing at the weekend. The Lava blade was designed to be a little more forgiving & suit a less aggressive & lower cadence paddle stroke. Available in Fixed, Adjustable & 3-Piece Adjustable the Lava caters to all riders in all conditions.
The Lava adjustable weighs in at only 19.75 ounces (560 grams). This reduced weight translates into an improved paddling experience while also being easier on your body so that you can enjoy more time on the water. Thanks to the design and optimized construction the Lava paddle is also one of the strongest SUP paddles you will find, our paddles enjoys a near zero failure rate.
The Lava SUP paddles comes with our new regular diameter Reflex 90% carbon shaft. Built in 3k pre-preg carbon we worked on improving the flex pattern while maintaining the light weight and durability of previous models. The smooth matte finish is great for grip and the medium flex generates power and reacts quicker than other shafts. Our shafts are engineered to protect your body so that you can paddle for longer without suffering fatigue or injury.
Our ergonomic 100% carbon handles come with a vivid red matte finish. The T handle is often preferred by paddlers in the surf and those with smaller hands. The flat front gives immediate feedback while surfing. The Palm handle is enjoyed by riders on flat water and those with bigger hands. The matte finish is ideal in hot or cold climates.
